To submit a support request through the Upic Answer Center, you will need to sign in first.
If this is your first time using the Answer Center, or if you do not remember your password, you can request a password reset.
Sign in or set your password
- Select Sign in.
- Select Forgot password?.
- Enter your work email address.
- Check your email for a password reset message.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set or reset your password.
- Return to the Upic Answer Center and sign in.
After you sign in, you will be able to submit new requests and view requests you have previously submitted.
Did not receive the reset email?
Check your junk or spam folder first. If you still do not see the email, contact your organization’s primary Upic contact or reach out to the Upic Member Services for assistance.
