Is your virtual office session frozen? There are two different sets of instructions for unfreezing your virtual office session;
...for changes to take effect:
- Click the Start button
, (bottom left corner of screen), then
- click on your name, (top right corner), then…
- click Sign-Out, when you get back to the web browser…
- click Sign-Out, then…
- while holding down the CTRL key
, click the Refresh(F5) button
, on the web browser, then…
- Sign-In to virtual office again.
...when logged in but screen is blank:
- sign out of virtual office by clicking the X on the blue bar at the top of the virtual office window, then when you get to the web browser...
- click Sign-Out, then…
- while holding down the CTRL key
, click the Refresh(F5) button
, then…
- Sign-In to virtual office again.
