How to change your expired password using the Outlook Web App.
This guide covers the process of changing your expired Upic password through a web browser using the Outlook Web App (OWA). This guide is intended for email only users as well as anyone that regularly accesses their email outside of Virtual Office.
Follow these steps:
- Launch your browser and go to https://webmail.upicsolutions.org/
- Enter your email address and current Virtual Office password.
- Click sign in.
- OWA will redirect to the change password screen if your Upic password has expired. Enter your Email address, Current password,New password and Confirm New password. Click the Submit button.
- Once the change has completed, you will see a message saying Your password has been changed. Click OK to sign in with your new Password.
- Click the ok button.
Note: Be sure that the Email Address field, has your email address. OWA will typically enter your upic\username by default. This will not work. Your email address is required.
