Sent a email to soon or by mistake?
If you send a email out by mistake and want to recall if at all possible.
Follow these steps.
- Click on Sent Items.
- Double click on the email message you want to re-call.
- On the Message tab click Actions.
- Click Recall This Message.
- Select the option that best fits the situation.
- Delete unread copies of this message.
- Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.
