How to Activate Office
This message is a normal part of Office 365 licensing and may appear when opening any Office application, such as Outlook, Word or Excel. Virtual Office has multiple servers and Microsoft requires activation on each server every 90 days. The activation screen may appear multiple times in a day if one logs out of Virtual Office and back into a new server. To prevent this from happening, avoid signing out of Virtual Office to keep your current session active. Below are step by step instructions on how to Activate Office.
How to activate Office:
- Enter your work email address when prompted to Activate Office.
- Enter your password.
- If prompted to accept the Microsoft Office License agreement, click Accept.
- If you receive the following message, close the Office application and reopen to activate office.
